Recruiting the right CISO in a market where demand is far higher than the offer, recruiting is hard. A seasoned CISO (part of CISO as service) can be hired for 3-9 months to bridge this period. He/She can be hired to manage ongoing operations and support HR/management on the recruitment of a permanent staff.
